Terms and Conditions
Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully as they apply to your accommodation booking / stay at Busselton Holiday Village:
Minimum Night Stay
- One night bookings can be taken during off-peak and shoulder periods. One-night bookings on a Friday or Saturday will incur a $30 cleaning surcharge. One-night bookings are to be paid in full at time of booking.
- Three night minimum stay on long weekends and some special events.
- Four night minimum for Easter (self contained accommodation)
- Five-night minimum during Christmas and January school holidays.
Rates
- All rates are subject to change.
- Children under 2 years are free of charge, adults and children over 2 years are charged at full rate.
Deposits
- Off peak/Shoulder period – Self-contained accommodation requires a deposit of one night’s accommodation then full payment of balance on arrival.
- Camping sites require a deposit of 25% of total booking costs then full payment of balance on arrival.
- Failure to pay balances on arrival may forfeit your stay.
- Peak periods – All accommodation including camping requires a 25% deposit at time of booking then full payment of balance 60 days prior to arrival.
- Failure to pay balances 60 days prior to arrival may forfeit your booking.
PLEASE NOTE: Payment via premium (Platinum, Gold, Company etc) credit cards will incur an automatic fee of 1.5%.
Cancellations
- A cancellation fee of $50 applies to all cancellations.
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
- Changes/cancellation to your stay must be made more than 30 days (60 days in peak periods) prior to your date of arrival. Changes/cancellations made within 60 days during peak periods will forfeit tariff paid. Changes/cancellations made within 30 days during other periods will forfeit deposit paid.
PLEASE NOTE: Although we are happy to take requests on specific sites or chalets and will do our best to accommodate these requests, these are not guaranteed and we reserve the right to change your allocated site/chalet at any time.
Arrival and Departure Time
- Check – out is 10am
- Check – in is 2pm (12pm for camping)
- If you require an early check in or late checkout please enquire at time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements. Our office is open from 8am to 7pm, out of office hours we have a night manager on site for your convenience.
Linen and Servicing
- Linen is provided in our chalets, Guesthouse and Townhouse. We can provide linen in onsite vans for a small extra charge.
- All accommodation is serviced on departure, we will provide clean linen for stays over 7 days, units are not serviced during your stay.
- Please bring beach/pool towels with you, our towels are not supplied for this purpose.
Pets
- Our general policy does not permit pets on the premises, this can be waivered by prior arrangement with the owner.
Behaviour
We consider our park to be a relaxed and fun family environment, we will not tolerate any of the following and reserve the right to eject any guests with no refund that breach these guidelines.
- Causing damage to park/ guests property.
- Disturbing/menacing other guests.
- Behaving in a socially unacceptable way.
- Using unacceptable language at high volumes.
Any damages caused on or to the park premises will be charged to the guest responsible.
- Smoking is not permitted in any self-contained accommodation, extra cleaning fees will apply. Our BBQ, Pool and Playground areas are complete SMOKE FREE ZONES!
