TERMS & CONDITIONS
At certain times of the year there may be minimum nights stay required or we may charge for a minimum of 4 people during some peak times. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Please call (08) 9752 4499 or use the secure Contact Form with your requirements and we will do our best to meet your needs.
All rates are subject to change and availability. Rates are quoted on the amount of people stay, unless specified. Children under the ages of 2 are not chargeable; adults and children over the age of 2 years are charged at the full rate.
It is possible that during peak times you may be charged for a minimum of 4 or 6 people even if your booking is for a lesser amount of people.
MINIMUM NIGHT STAY
One night stay can be accepted during off-peak and shoulder season, subject to availability. One night bookings on a Friday or Saturday will incur and cleaning surcharge of $50. Bookings of one night only are to be fully paid at the time of booking.
A three night minimum stay requirement is applied for all long weekends.
A four night minimum stay is required over Easter for self contained accommodation. There is a package deal over Easter for camping for 5 nights.
A seven night minimum stay is required for the week for Christmas and five night minimum for other times within the Christmas/January holiday.
Due to amount of popular events that happen in the South West area there may be other minimum stay requirements. Please get in touch with us to find out if a minimum night’s stay applies to the time you would like to book.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check in time in 2.00pm and check out is 10.00am.
We do try to accommodate early check in/late checkout requests when possible.
DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENT

For all online bookings, payment is required in full at the time of booking.
For bookings during the Christmas/January holiday, Leavers or Ironman a deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking, then a further 30% mid July. Full balance is requested by the 31st October. All are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Bookings for the Dunsborough Townhouse we ask for the balance to be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival due to location. We accept the following payment methods; cash, cheque, EFTPOS, Electronic Bank Transfer (EFT). We do accept credit cards but premium cards (Platinum, Gold, Company etc) will incur a fee of 1.5%. We do accept AMEX but a surcharge of 3.5% applies.
By paying the deposit on a booking you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of our park.

In the event that you need to cancel your booking please inform us in writing.
If you choose to shorten your stay with us, you will still be required to pay in full.
All deposits paid for events such as Leavers, Ironman, Christmas and Easter are non-refundable.
We recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover any unexpected emergency that prevents you from staying with us.
PLEASE NOTE: Particular sites or chalets can only be guaranteed by a 7 night booking or more. We will always do our best to accommodate requests of certain sites or chalets but bookings of less than 7 nights are not location guaranteed.
CREDIT CARD SURETY & ADDITIONAL CHARGES
It is a condition of staying at our park that the occupant provides a valid credit card and agree to allow any cost for which they are liable to be levied against this credit card.
We reserve the right to charge guests for the following, but not restricted to, all damages and breakages, lost keys, missing items, late departure, extra cleaning and unpaid expenses.
We consider our park to be a relaxed and fun family environment, we will not tolerate any of the following and reserve the right to eject any guests with no refund that breach these guidelines.
- Causing damage to park/ guests property
- Disturbing/menacing other guests
- Behaving in a socially unacceptable way
- Using unacceptable language at high volumes
- Smoking is not permitted in any self-contained accommodation, extra cleaning fees will apply
- Our BBQ, Pool and Playground areas are complete SMOKE FREE ZONES!
Any damages caused on or to the park premises will be charged to the guest responsible.
We are in a residential area and have permanent residents on site. Please respect them and the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum. Unreasonable noise after 10.00pm will not be tolerated and may result in ejection from the park. No refunds will apply.
Pets can be accommodated by prior arrangement with the park owner during certain times of the year.
LINEN & SERVICING
Linen is supplied to our Chalets, Guesthouse and Townhouse. We can provide linen to our on-site caravans for small fee.
All accommodation is serviced after departure, we will provide clean linen for stays over 7 days. Units are not serviced during your stay.
Please bring beach/pool towels with you as our towels are not supplied for this purpose.
You will be expected to pay for any linen that is left stained or damaged during your stay.
